Julia Martinelli, Managing Director & Head Finance Broker

With a background in accounting and experience as a Macquarie business banker, she brings strong expertise to the role. Originally from Orange, NSW, Julia has lived in Sydney, Belfast, and Buenos Aires, but after marrying a Novocastrian she feels most at home in Newcastle.

In her downtime, she enjoys sunny days at the ocean baths, HIIT workouts, and savouring a piccolo at local cafés. Julia takes a personalised, approach to lending, helping clients make informed financial decisions.

With over 12 years in financial services, Julia specialises in understanding your goals, crafting tailored solutions, and working with experts to ensure seamless transactions.

Jane Ritchard, Operations Manager

With extensive experience in financial services, Jane brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to lending and is passionate about guiding clients through the finance process so they feel informed and confident when making important financial decisions.

Originally from regional NSW, Jane now calls Newcastle home and enjoys the lifestyle the area offers. Outside of work, Jane is a keen cyclist and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring the local coastline. Jane values building strong relationships with her clients and professional partners to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.
